It has been 12 years since my beautiful little girl entered this world. What a special and terrifying day it was! I had planned and read and thought through my whole birth experience, and of course it never goes exactly as you have planned. Having a trusted and perfectly calm doula by my side was exactly what I needed! Tina walked me through my contractions and helped my husband and I to stay calm and centered. We planned to have a completely natural birth and Tina helped communicate my desires to my nurses. I could not have done it without her. Four years later, when my son was born, Tina was by my side getting me through back labor and helping me brave a second natural birth. Tina was exactly what I hoped for during both labors. Her knowledge and experience is amazing and I couldn’t be more happy that she was with me on two of the most important days of my life.
