All Prenatal Visits will be used to :
- Create birth plan(s) and possible birth contingency plans.
- Discuss and demonstrate comfort measures and laboring techniques.
Package Also Includes:
1-2 Virtual Prenatal Visits via video chat
Intermittent Virtual Labor Support
1 Virtual Postpartum Visit within the first week of delivery
1 Postpartum Visit between 4-6 weeks after delivery – Location and visit length dependent on current WHO recommendations.
YbYw Doula Package

All Prenatal Visits will incorporate the art of “Mothering the Mother.” This can include guided meditation, light touch, relaxation techniques, aromatherapy and more.
Package Also Includes:
2 Prenatal Visits – 90 minutes
Continuous labor support and immediate postpartum support until the baby/family is settled.
1 Postpartum Visit within the first week of delivery – 90 minutes
1 Postpartum Visit between 4-6 weeks after delivery – 60 minutes
YbYw Young Parent and IBPOC Package Options
Young Parent NO COST Doula Option – For any birthing individual under the age of 18, my services are offered at no or low cost. Email to discuss.
IBPOC Sliding Scale Option – If you identify as Indigenous, Black, and/or a Person of Color, my sliding scale option is open to you if needed. Why? See here.
Sliding Scale Tiers
- First Tier (upon request): automatically granted, 25% off my usual fee;
- Second Tier: 50% discount based on an interview;
- Third Tier: No charge for individuals who are facing extreme hardships. (homelessness/indigency)
Note: Discounts are offered and are based on the honor system. However, if it turns out that there is a complete disconnect or false statement by the client (or you are a secret millionaire!), contract will terminate, and any money exchanged would be refunded.
Extra prenatal and postpartum hours are available for an additional $25.75 per hour fee, less any applicable discount.
No agreement to provide doula services is formed until we have signed a mutually agreeable contract. Final rates are charged once doula package choice is agreed upon, and client contract is signed.
